I’ve always been someone that has struggled with my weight, so when it comes to dieting I feel like I’ve tried a lot of different things. One of the methods of weight loss that I’ve tried was the IIFYM or Counting Macros method.
Spring is here and Easter is right around the corner! The best part- Cadbury Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs are here as well, so of course, I had to bake with them.
Turmeric lattes seem to be the latest craze in the health food world and for good reason. Around my house, turmeric lattes aren’t a new thing. I’ve seen my mom make them multiple times to help combat her arthritis and will admit to being turned off to the idea of drinking turmeric flavoured milk.
This past week I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer as part of the social media team for Toronto Men’s and Women’s Fashion Week. Overall, it was a pretty cool opportunity and a chance for me to learn how to develop my skills in photography and social media, but it really got me thinking about my blog and why I started this in the first place.
